What is everyone's favourite websites for pet supplies? I already know of Vet UK and Viovet, but I'd like somewhere I can order most/all of what I need for everyone in one place, if such a thing exists as it tends to work out much cheaper than ordering from separate places.

I have such an eclectic menagerie am aware it might not be possible! (Besides if I used Amazon).
Have probably already asked this but idc. Am particularly struggling to find anywhere besides Vet UK which stocks the red bag Oxbow Chinchilla Deluxe Pellets....

I have used Pet planet and zooplus. I won't be using zooplus again as they have a shitty customer service department. All my orders are always damaged in some way. I usually order the cat biscuits from them and the bags always end up split, the contents all over the box which then end up all over the house. They refuse to do anything about it or replace it. They can't seem to grasp that you order a whole unbroken bag not a split bag with contents strewn all down my drive and my hallway. I haven't had any problem with PP.

I mostly use zooplus for the hamsters as they do the Bunny brand food that I really like and the big bags of hemp. They have a good selection of grain free cat food brands too so I am planning to use them for the future-moggies hopefully in a few months time. But I kinda agree with Blanche, their customer service isn't the best. I've been lucky in that the worst that's happened to me was a slightly busted bag of bathing sand that left my hall a state but I've seen sooo many stories of £70-100 cages arriving cracked. They replace them usually but just a hassle. They also won't give me the free shipping either for the UK or Ireland because I'm in NI which I'm pretty sure is a hate crime of some sort (joking) so all shipping is £8. BUT the Bunny brand food is the best one I've found so I just suffer.

I am the same that bits come from everywhere, vetUK, Viovet, Amazon, Pets at Home. I ordered food mixes from Rodipet a while back that were fantastic but expensive. Ratrations is always recommended too but they won't ship bedding to me. Not to sound braggy but I honestly think if there was a cheap place to get everything from I would have found it by now lol I live for bargain hunting!

I use zooplus for catfood. I've also had a cat tree from them no problem. I mean, even before covid the delivery people would just leave it on the doorstep, but no problems other than that. Even when I don't order dry food, there are always a few bits in the box so the cats love a delivery.

I used zooplus for a couple of years.
Only ever had 1 delivery where the boxes were damaged and some of the pouches were split and had flies in it. I emailed them and I had a replacement within a couple of days which seemed good to me.
