Ok maybe speaking a bit out of turn here, but i hope he never gets picked for the british team again, he swapped to Ireland when england needed him and he had good horses, now when he has good horses and Ireland needs him he is off again. So i hope he never get the chance of another medal.
Have to say thought that will prob never happen as he is one damn good rider
yeah, and i think he will find that they still do.... plus all the rest of the clan who werent there when he originally defected! A showjumper who decided to ride for another nation for a number of very good reasons told me that he had been called a traitorous ba****d for doing so wonder what you call someone who does it twice then?
I think its great news for Britain, especially with the sale of Pilgrim. The new horse he bought from Schroders is fantastic and hopefully if they go well together, he has a real chance of being on some championship teams. He is a great, hard working rider and a really nice bloke and after the luck hes had over the last few years with horses such as magic max I think he deserves it.
