I ride 2 abreast as i think it slows the traffic. Also, it is so good to put a youngster on the "inside" of a more experienced horse.I will sign.

Alistair Carmicheal MP is raising this in the Commons on behalf of the BHS. I had a response from him within 12 hours of e-mailing the previous request to write to your MP about this. Dont usually comment on politicians but I was impressed with the response time and the positive response.

Unless you are approaching a blind bend, I think it is much safer to ride 2 abreast for one reason you are more visible & secondly it slows cars down they are less inclined to try & squeeze by. Once they have slowed down you can move over for them, so I dont see why they want us riding in single file.
