petplan insurance "free gift"

i took out my ponies insurance with petplan whilst they were offering a first aid kit free, this was some 5 months ago- im yet to recieve the first aid kit!
i emailed them after 3 months to enquire, to be told they due to high level of demand they had run out of kits but were expecting more immently and would have mine to me soon, 2 weeks ago after the 5th payment was taken i contacted them again to enquire as to the whereabouts of my first aid kit, to be met with the same response!

anyone else had the same issue??

nope but i paid mine upfront and got the kit (which isnt bad tbh) about 3 weeks later xx Keep nagging!

I am insured with Petplan and got my free first aid kit after 4 weeks.
