PetPlanet suppliers

I had no complaint particularly with them but there courier city link left my parcel in some random garden at the other end of the village. We had paid extra for next day delivery and pet planet were just of the opinion that it would get sorted out the next few days when the delivery driver could retrace the steps. What annoyed me is the fact that the house owner who found the strange parcel in their garden simply rang my mobile number which was clearly printed on the parcel! Had pet planet emailing me photos of where it was left and asking if I had a helicopter in the garden - errr no!!!! And to my knowledge Manor Farm does not sound like Stable Cottage!! They were not helpful and were not willing to send out another parcel until this one was located.
 
I've used them maybe 10 times and have never had a problem with them, but my friend ordered a crate from them and it was weeks before it arrived and they weren't very helpful apparently.
 
I bought my crate from them too, that was my first purchase from them in fact. I think the issue with my friend was that the crate wasn't in stock and they couldn't/wouldn't advise when it would be back in stock. They pulled out all the stops to deliver last Christmas, I had a random guy in a random van (car valet company) delivering my dog's Christmas presents late on Christmas Eve, made my wee daughter's day that the pup would have her first Christmas with presents!
