Anyone have a pair so they can advise me on fittings? Im buying a pair of the petrie polo boots- measured my legs and they come up height 42 from floor to back of knee and width 38 around widest part of calf. ive always thought ive had reasonably long legs- im 5'8 in height and am a bit unsure if im measuring the height wrong. Most websites seem to be selling heights of 45-47 and anything else is a custom order. Dont want to end up with a pair of little short boots ;-) any help gratefully received!

Hi!

I have a pair of Petrie Perfect boots (no zip) that have lasted me nearly 9 years now. They are 49cm high and 36 on the calf. They now are like a pair of slippers, but after such a long time have dropped considerably and the leather is peeling at the back of the heel where they are 'broken'.

For Christmas I got a shiny new paid of Petrie Olympic boots (with zip at the front) for competing in - I sent the company my measurements now (calf 35, leg 46) and the lady ordered me in a pair in foot size 7, height 48cm and calf 36cm. They are lovely, but I can't wait to break them in - I currently can barely bend my knee, but I know once they break they will be perfect. I even indulged and ordered myself the Petrie boot bag which is beautiful!

I love Petrie boots, nice fit, good quality and not a bad price :) wish I could afford a nice brown pair too, but never mind!
