Petrie Boots?

I had Petrie boots years ago and hated them. I found them incredibly stiff! Sold them in the end and bought Ariats which I love as they're so soft and comfy,

My last boots were petries, very reasonable for what you pay for them, although mine cracked and flaked around the ankles after about 5 years. I'm not the most careful wiht them, but they didn't have a hard life and were cleaned pretty regularly.

My friend *loves* his but had to have the zips replaced in them almost instantly - the originals turned out to be a bit too wimpy for the job. Hasn't put him off though.
