Phew, that was a close one - lesson learnt

Ellie has a cut on the top of her leg. Its healing fine and she doesn't mind me touching it or around it.

Fly spray however is another matter. I was bent down with my head under her spraying her udders when some of the spray must have gone on her cut. Cue Ellie kicking out and brushing my shoulder with her hoof and narrowly missing my head

I now know not to spray stingy fly spray around an open wound
