phone number to contact the National Equine Database

As title really, does anyone have a phone number that I can use to contact NED?
My horse has a Gypsy Cob Society passport that was never registered with NED, so at the beginning of December I sent off my driving license, passport, horses passport etc and asked them to add him to NED. I've emailed them a few times to ask about progress, but I haven't heard from them since, and he's still not on there.
I've got a number for them: 0845 003 7210 but it diverts straight to answerphone, asks you to leave your name and number and they will get back to you - they don't!
I'm out of ideas! anyone know how else I can contact them?

Maybe try email? I tried looking on their website and couldnt see a number (probably just me being blind) but found this :

i posted this exact question last night as am having same problem as you. i finally got a rather rude email response from them by e-mailing the complaints e-mail address as above - my horse is shown as the wrong colour - they blame my PIO for sending the wrong info but fail to say how they can rectify this - so the fun begins !!

good luck - you will need it - if you manage to speak to a human you have done better than i !!!
