Having finally decided to start looking for a horse, I have been reading adverts on the net.
I have noticed that the photographs usually do nothing to help sell the horse.
Why do sellers think I want to see that their horse can wear a rug in every picture, or want to see a blurred photo of what may be the horse jumping (or could be the yard cat).
Or even see several shots which look to be identical.
Surely it cannot be so hard to take a few in focus close up shots of a horse doing different things.
If there is enough space it would be nice to perhaps see a horse untacked, then one with a rider while stood and perhaps an action shot of jumping or cantering. If space allows a close up head shot would also be nice.
Maybe it is because I am new to this game and I do not understand that what is actually required are blurry distant shots of a horse that is showing off it's ability to wear a rug.
Any ideas why people selling horses do this?
