Photoshop help!

Would any Photoshop wizards be kind enough to help me remove this poo stain from the grey? Its a pressent for a friend but try as i might i cannot get the poo stain off without her looking like the elephant horse!!
I realise shes not sparkling but the one right on the neck would be great if its possible that is?
