what would be better when trying to see if its a physical problem i have with lengthening my legs, especially my right one??

x

biomechanics good way to go, I have biomechanic trainer and helped me an awful lot - i also see a physio sometimes after my trainer tells me too! - its usually something physical that needs work rather than my position that she can help me to change - its difficult sometimes explaining to a non horsey person though -(i.e. i feel i cant move my right seatbone as much as my left one - physio was a bit dumbfounded at first - on track now but horsey people understand easier) If in pain go see medical person first if not try biomechanics coach as you could probably fix it in the saddle

not in pain, except when my knee pops out of place lol

i shall see whether there is someone near me... i have a physio for the horse; so can use her for my physio if i struggle with my normal physio to explain things... x
