Does anyone know any good and not ridiculously expensive horse physiotherapists in the southampton region (based in durley) as I would like to get my horse's back checked. Any recommendations?
Many thanks

Try Jenny Hadland who covers most of Hampshire.
If you contact Liphook Equine hospital they will have contact details for her. She also has a clinic there on Tuesdays.
I would highly recommend her.

Hi, I've used Jenny Hadland for last 7 years or so and she is very good, would recommend her. A McTimoney Chiropractor I would highly recommend as well is Colin Nelmes, he is based in Dorset, depends what your problem is and what type of treatment you are looking for.

Jenny Hadland looks good, quite expensive tho!
My horse gets quite cold-backed in the cold weather and with the ridiculous amount of rain we've had there's no turn out at my yard so I think his back muscles are really tight as the last two times I've taken his rug off or put his saddle on he's either humped his back or practically sat down! When I stroke along his back and press in there's no obvious pain and I had the saddler out just before christmas so def not a saddle prob, I think he just doesnt cope with the combination of cold weather n no turnout. So to summarise I think I need a physio?!

Hi, Jenny treated my horse in last few days and it was few pence under £80!! Colin Nelmes was £45 last time I used him which was probably about 9 months ago. Colin, like Jenny, won't treat horse without vet approval.

I use Amanda Sutton from Suttons physio. I think they r based near Winchester. She is really good, used to be the team vet for the British eventing squad. She's about £58 a horse + travel depending where u r.
