I use Josie Waters she is fantastic, if you google her name her website comes up.
I'm not sure how far into Surrey she does as a big county and depending where you are based.
She has made a huge difference to my mare and she does people as well - I'm painfree for the first time in years.

You could try Sarah Holton - she's based in the north of the county. Her website is here http://www.holtonhorsetherapy.co.uk/
She has worked with 2 of my 3 and I've been happy both with her and with the results. The vets approve of her (you're going to have to get vets permission anyway) as do the local saddlers.
