Soo we still have no 'bagging up' there has been a wee bit of tale rubbing, rolling, lots of movement and she is a little off her food..
I have every book under the sun im constantly looking for signs but i really cant see how she can get any bigger?

Here she is tonight...
She looks alot bigger in real life..

How is she looking, if she gets much bigger ill be having the vet out, although he said hardly any babies arrive when due???:)

Don't let the vet stick a needle in her she looks like she'll fly round the stable like a burst balloon :D

She looks fantastic, what a gorgeous shiny coat, must be a credit to your grooming skills - good luck with the baby, hope it shows itself soon ;)

looking at her udder she has some way to go yet ,I know they are all different but my pony mare is showing more udder and still has 37 days to go .

having just spent the last month panicing my mare was going to go early as she started developing a v small bag 4 weeks ago, she arrived on time, but her belly didnt look too big and her bag was still v small, just keep a close eye on and i certainly wouldnt be without ph testing for the 'milk' or fluid from her teats. you only need 1-2 drops of fluid when it eventually starts to form and you can then test and it at least gives you an idea of iminent arrival.

best of luck, she looks in wonderfull condition, a real credit to you :)

Hmphhh:(

this waiting game is soo boring:rolleyes:

I think its the excitement of not knowing what breed/type/colour it is likely to be thats buggin me..

Oh and the fact i cannot ride, well maybe i could but i feel mean :p
(actually would you ride her?light hacking?)

Im secretly hoping shes a sneaky overnight bagger-upper'er

Though she looks a little way off I am not sure I would be riding her now. The last 3mths is dependent on the mare, but the foal is doing most of its growing so perhaps not really fair on the mare. If she is happy then a short poodle about in walk but would not be doing much more. Having said that plenty do get ridden & jumped because the owners had no idea.
