Ellen was our little black greyhound, very sadly we had to re-home her when my ex-OH and I split up in October 2006. I miss her still

Lovely dogs!
We used to have lurchers and greyhounds when I was a kid, I have always loved them. I once had the pleasure of a dog that ran in The Waterloo Cup (he got into the semi final) Tintern Abby, long story short, OH found him wandering the streets on his gardening round, one of his clients said it had been hanging around for days, so he brought him home, I went to local police station and told them I had him and would not be taking him to the dogs home, he stayed with us for 2 weeks until my friend came up to our yard and told me it was his dog, the co-owners house had been burgled and they thought the dog was stolen, but the just let him out. He is still going but is a slightly frail old man.
Lovely Brindle Tiger.
