Chloe is 10 months now and she gets more beautiful by the minute! Thought I'd share some photos as she's my whole world and she had fun in the snow today!

Ugly bug as a very new puppy!

Haha! Nah afraid she's black, sorry to confuse you!

I always wanted a yellow one, but my OH wanted a black or brown one, and then we went to see her and I was converted!!!

Lol she has grown up loads although there is still an element of puppy about her!

Was driving today and had her in the front seat of the car as too scared to put her in boot after the crash (grrr :@) and she got scared when the car crunched on some ice and tried to jump into my lap! Pulled over to the side of the road and had to hug her for 5 mins before I could lift her out and put her in the boot! Silly pups.

Flamehead, don't want to be annoying you but try not to give loads of cuddles or fuss when she is acting scared or to project your fears onto her (10 months is still very young, pups are like little sponges), especially in the car, it might reinforce her fear and you will only make a rod for your own back as regards travelling her.

I know it is worrying but dogs don't think like us, she will see it as - she acted scared - you stopped and hugged her for ages - see what I mean?
Reward her for showing no reaction and being a brave girl.
I'm only saying this as I had car problems with my own dog and I took for granted how good it is to have a dog that travels well and how hard a problem it can be to reverse.

Also, you need to get a restraint if you are travelling her in the body of the car - two of my friends have been done £60 with three penalty points for having an unsecured dog in the front or back seat.

Like I say, don't want to be a pedant but it will be better for you both in the long run x

CC I completely agree with you - and I know its wrong - and it really was just this once. And she proved she cant be trusted in the front seat so she'll be back in the boot tomorrow!

And you're right about her being scared as well and me adding to it - but to be honest, I was enjoying the cuddles

You're not annoying me at all, I always say what I think so why shouldn't you be allowed to
