pictures of thoroughpins and bog spavin

new horse passed 5 stage vetting 2 months ago has some swelling in hock area.its soft and does go down a bit .shes sound and i asked vet to look at it whilst sorting out another horse.i initially thought it was a thoroughpin but yesterday it had virtually gone but after lunging an being in over night is up again.cant find any decent pictures to compare them.can you help re bog spavin or thoroughpin and whats the difference.i am very anxious re legs due to previous problems

If you go to the vets section and look at the the Joint Mouse thread, Applecart posted a really interesting factsheet about all sorts of lameness issues and bog spavin is definately described in there - although it's only a diagram and not an actual picture

My horse has just developed bog spavins, but i dont have any pictures unfortunately, but will answer any questions if i can.
