Pig Oil & Sulpher?

Hello, arfter much time spentd getting rid of my horses mud fever, i thought i would try the Pig oil to help prevent it coming back! i now have my Pig Oil & flowers of Sulpher bought individuely, trouble is now im not sure of what to do? how to mix it? How offen i should put it on ect? the horse in question is 3/4 tb 1/4 id so not hairy!
