just been looking at my horse and assesing his conformation and how much he has matured since i got him 18 months ago and im sure he wasnt as pigoen toed as he is now he was just slightly but he was just 4 and not well developed, he is 6 in september, is it possible for a farrier to make them more pigeon toed over time

Slight pigeon toes will not cause a problem, I shouldnt think your farrier would cause it, also do not ask him to correct it, he should shoe him as he stands, it causes more problems to shoe against their natural way of going, as long as he is shod correctly for the foot there should not be a problem.

Completely agree with Irishdraft.

I know a horse who happily and successfully competes at PSG level with pigeon toes, I dont see it as being a huge issue
