Pigment on noses

Over 2 months ago, we noticed a small pink circle on the end of my Pointers brown nose. We assumed she'd been through a hedge or somehow scraped the end of it on something, but it didn't look sore or cut.

More than two months later this pink circle is still there. it's about 5mm in diameter and the skin looks completely fine. Any ideas? Do you think the pigment will come back?

Yes, it can happen and more than likely will go brown eventually.
A lot of dogs are born with pink noses and they turn brown on the first few months.
