I have just started doing this dvd, by started i mean i had a practice run through the exercises!! I understand that i need to pull my stomach in and up whilist doing these exercises, but does this mean i have to do this when riding or just when i want a specific movement from the horse such as halt?? I guess to keep your stomach up and in all the time when riding is like keeping the handbrake on, is this right? Am i getting it??!!
Also this wrap the thighs business is quite difficult to master i take it i tense my bum and the top of my thighs but keep a loose knee? It is harder than it seems.
