Has anybody bought from them and had good experience? Im starting to lose hope of ever recieving my (now late) birthday present 
Ordered a saddle cloth and browband set on 5th June, nearly 3 weeks later i got a phone call to say that the browband was out of stock- and they had tried emailing me apparantly but i didnt get any emails- so did i want to choose a different colour. Chose a different colour and was told it would be sorted and sent out asap... Then i get another phone call nearly a week later to say that the embroidery machine was broken and they were having to send my saddlecloth away to a different company to embroider for them
So my birthday came and went on the 5th July and still no sign of my present *sigh*
