There is a company that just does flourescent fleece things but I can't for the life of me remember their name.

oh if you remember please let me know- needs to be just fleece no waterproof coating as I have one that is already. I want it for hacking early in the morning I usually ride at about 07:30. Also dobbin is 17hh and takes a 7ft rug so the one on ebay willbe too small

Try Equetech for flourescent fleeces. They do horse, human and dog stuff.
