pink powder + other balancers?

do people who feed PP feed it along side other balancers? I know NAF say it is a balancer in itself now but Im not convinced. My horse is on forage plus but i thought she might benefit from a boost from PP but would be loathe to take her off the forage plus. So can you feed both?

f+ and pp are both brewers yeast /yea sac based and added vits and mins so both the same basically

to my untrained eye the ingredients list looks quite different i cant see brewers yeast or yea sac in FP?

We found that PP and NAF Haylage Balancer caused very tender feet and behaviour problems in at least 2 horses.

Pink powder is not a complete balancer, despite what they may claim.

Broadly speaking there are 3 types of 'balancer':
1. Yeasty, good bug encouraging pre/pro biotics For gut health (pink powder)
2. Vitamin and minerals, which break down further into a) cheap and incomplete b) complete, provides RDA without taking into account food and c) complete and balanced to either generic uk pasture, or your own pasture.
3) as per no. 2 but with essential amino acids (protein).
