My horse recently got loose droppings due to a change of hay so have been recommended pink powder by vet. He is given a balancer thats just like pellets (he's a very good doer), so is just dry, will it be ok to add the pink powder to it even though its dry? Someone once told me they put some in a bit of hay? Lol

It's fine to add as it is but check that he is eating it - one of mine has to have wet food to hide it in. Thankfully you don't need much of it so most horses eat it without noticing, and it does have a good effect on plops for a lot of horses.

If you find that the pink powder is still in the bottom of the feed bowl, a handful of Allen & Page Fast Fibre is a great carrier. It is like babyfood when soaked.
