pink powder

No other changes. I have been feeding this for a couple of months as a couple of other horses have had mild colic with all the wet grass etc. In the last couple of weeks I have noticed that she is quite spooky. She is naturally spooky anyway but she is more so recently. I just thought it may be that.

Pink Powder made my usually sane rideable gelding into a spooky unpredictable monster. Needless to say i took him off it rather quick sharpish and got my lovely reliable horse back again. Ive since put him on Blue Chip Pro and he has been an angel.

Thanks Benjis girl, that is interesting, I thought the PP may be the culprit.

Discounting other influences she may just be feeling very well - and a bit more lively as a consequence!

I think that was the reason for my geldings change in behaviour. It picked him up too much!! LOL!!

My gelding is fairly sharp but on PP he was very difficult and spooky/insecure which is not like him at all.

Funnily enough i used it on one of my other horses as a feed balancer and also to use the tub that i had wasted with my other gelding, and i found no problems whatsoever. So perhaps it just affects some horses more than others..

I started to feed it to my mare after she seemed a little off sorts, and it seemed to do her some good, but now she is feeling on par again, perhaps it is too much for her and she doesn`t need it. Stopped it now as from tonight, see if it makes a difference.

I put my lad on it and no change in his behaviour.. although he did go a bit stroppy when i took him off it

But then I put him on their all purpose supplement and he was sharp, spooky and generally a bit of a git!
