Piping for Pikeur Doreen

I've decided to treat myself to a new Pikeur show jacket. I'm getting the Doreen, in Navy, with a navy velvet collar, but the question is - what colour piping? There is lots of choice - I was thinking of going for the Azure blue, so that it just sets off the navy. Other options are rose, light blue, gold or silver. Or is piping tackey???

Do you know what the sizing is like? I remember someone saying they come up a bit small.
