Saw that on the news this morning. Don't know what kind of area it is but that poor kid losing his dog like that. What kind of horrid person does something like that? Someone must have seen a lot of what happened as they seem to know a lot of what went on. I hope they catch the man responsible. RIP Rottie - from the sounds of it you saved your owner.
