http://www.horsemart.co.uk/advert/10_yrs_15_2_hh_bay_lincolnshire/31818

chestnut mare? but quite far away: http://www.horsemart.co.uk/advert/6_yrs_5_mths_15_2_hh_chestnut_irish_sport_horse_west_sussex/31781

i love this guy, but again, far away: http://www.horsemart.co.uk/advert/7_yrs_15_0_hh_black_friesian_wiltshire/31752

near you, been for sale for a while, i wonder what makes it 'not novice ride'? might be worth a call? http://www.horsemart.co.uk/advert/8_yrs_15_2_hh_appaloosa_cambridgeshire/31731

this horsey looks lovely in a couple of photos, but odd in some others, also a dealer: http://www.horsemart.co.uk/advert/5_yrs_15_1_hh_dapple_grey_connemara_norfolk/31490

oh my GOD, i love this one: http://www.horsemart.co.uk/advert/4_yrs_15_0_hh_chestnut_welsh_sec_d_worcestershire/31426

under all the hair, this horse has potential...: http://www.horsemart.co.uk/advert/5_yrs_11_mths_15_0_hh_black_welsh_sec_d_berkshire/31238

and if you're desperate for a project: http://www.horsemart.co.uk/advert/11_yrs...st_sussex/31305

right, that's horsemart 15-16hh done.... now to continue the search...

too small? this one has been for sale for a while (it was on my original short list when i was looking) partly because he has put the wrong price on the advert, they want 2700 for him, not 3700. anyway, they may accept offers, as he's been for sale for a while. and kings lynn isn't far (train direct from cambridge)

i love doing it. my husband is faffing and there's b*gger all on tv...

the appaloosa in cambridge (first post) is advertised on every single site i've been on so far... they must be quite keen to sell...

lol that probably means theres something wrong with it

hows Raf getting on and what did you decide to do about the house? if you dont mind me asking?
xxx

raff is an absolute angel, and i adore him. completely adore him. he puts up with me clinging on for dear life one minute, then flies over a 4ft jump the next minute with my friend on board. then lets my 2 yr old ride him bareback into the field.

he's perfect for me. only problem i'm having is finding a saddle to fit him. they all seem to be lifting up at the back. huh.

oh, and the house... we've expressed an interest and we're putting ours on the market this week... in the hope they accept an offer from us... cos I WANT IT...

ooo very exciting i liked the look of it and will help you paint lol like i said or just be the tea girl

and im so so glad hes everything you want
xxxx

Sorry Pixxie but I would say that all of the above horses are extremely unsuitable.

What is wrong with a schoolmaster? Pm me your budget and I will help you look. There are some lovely horses out there for sale but you are going to have to spend some money. A project or a young horse really isn't going to be suitable.

I would have thought you (Pixie) would have wanted something a bit more of a confidence giver, I would definitely go for a schoolmaster type rather than a project

um... none of them are projects... except for one youngster (cos she likes a project) and the stallion which is quite obviously a joke (and excessively expensive)... all the others seem actually quite sensible. ok, the appaloosa is described as 'not novice ride' but other than that, i don't think you can say they are 'projects'!

Ok, but you must remember that this is her first ever horse and should not be looking at projects. This poor girl has already had her heartbroken by one I think that she should try and find something older just to have some fun on. There's plenty of time for youngsters and projects later when she has had the experience of an allrounder.
