Hello,
New member here although like many I suspect, a long term reader of the forum whenever I have a horsey problem that others have come across and had solved before.
My question today is that I want to get some new riding boots as I've recently started competing by boy again but really want to try on before buying. My favourites are Ariat Bromonts and either Brogini Capitoli or Brogini Taranto. I have some Ariat classic half chaps in M which claim to be length 18.5" and width 14.5"-15.5", these were very tight when I first bought them but now worn in fit perfectly. These were fitted for me at Blenheim about 5 years ago and are still in great condition (worn just for competition and out with Farmers Bloodhounds) but I want to get some boots. So, does anyone know anywhere in Oxfordshire or neighbouring counties that stock both Ariat and Brogini where I could go and try some on to make sure I get the right fitting? I can't find any saddlers that have Brogini and would like to compare them for quality and sizing before buying.
As a second brief aside, I tried to upload a picture and information to my profile, went to settings where edit profile, edit profile picture, edit avatar are but when I click on them I just get a notice saying I do not have permission to access this page. Anyone else had this problem? Maybe it is just because I am very new?
Many thanks,
Judy
