Plaiting

Hi.. i was wondering if you thought it would be ok to use a running plait in my ponys mane. She used to be hogged so her manes kinda fluffy, especially her forelock. Its also long but shes palomino so i dont want it too short! would i be ok doing the odd show/ dressage/ sj with a running plait or should do trad plaits??

You dont really need to plait for SJ anyway!

Thats convinient; I suppose it is technically Ok to do an arab plait then, you could also just get away with a welsh plait...
