Oh no, not again. Notice it says a varitey of horses have been "targeted" in this way, but not that any have been stolen.
Right, I'm off to charge up my camera for my visit to my yard this afternoon... I have an excellent "targetting" on one of my horses right now.
Edit to add... now I can't find my flipping charger! So we'll see if there's enough left for a snap.
What happens with these threads is that a couple of posters who have experience of horses being stolen come on and quote I think it's two cases of horses being stolen after these tangles have been seen. Has anyone thought that maybe it was simply a coincidence? Wind plaits are very common, horses being stolen aren't. So it may have just happened that a couple of horses that had wind plaits were stolen. Having said that, every time this topic comes up, someone will remind all that, according to their local police force, there are NO reported cases of horses being plaited being stolen in the UK. So if the police don't know of any cases being reported to them, where does this article spring from?
