Plane crash at Cork Airport

A plane crashed this morning shortly before 10am at Cork airport.
It is beleived that the aircraft made 3 attempts into the airport due to severe fog and crashed on its 3rd attempt.

Its to early for confirmed fatalities but early reports fear 8 dead with 12 on board.

Thoughts to the family or the passengers and crew onboard.

Awful.

I'm from Cork and have flown into that airport more times that I can count. It is scary in the fog and awful in the wind, a badly placed runway and I've heard pilots say that if you can land Cork in the fog you can land anywhere.

Plane came in, circled twice, tried to land third time, flipped over and burst into flames...

Its terrible must have been awful for the survivors one of the dead owned a factory here in Cookstown
