Has anyone used Plaque Off on thier dogs with success? My vet has recommended it-he said it was a Norwegian seaweed you sprinkle on the food and it stops plaque forming and helps dissolve existing plaque.Does it work?

We use it for our dogs, so far they havent had their teeth drop out!
It isnt expensive so think it can't do any harm.

It does work, but it can make their thyroid more active.
As I understand it, you should keep an eye out for sudden weight loss or if the dog becomes uncharacteristically over active, that doesn't go away again.
On other hand if you have a dog with an under active thyroid, their thyroid function can improve a little with Plaque off, so you might need to adjust their medication.
