Please can I have some vibes...?? (sorry -non horsey)

My grandad is really poorly and I'm hoping some HHO vibes might help him. I know it's supposed to be horse related in NL, but I always post in here and don't really feel like I 'know anyone' in SB, if you know what I mean. He's been unwell for a while, but he's getting worse. It's awful as he knows what's going on and he wants to be outside in the fresh air, but he's stuck in a hospital. They won't let him eat or drink and the last 2 times I've been to visit he was begging for a drink and some food. He can't swallow properly so they are having to put him on a drip and feed him by a tube, but he hates it and keeps pulling it out.

Even if he doesn't get better, I want him to stop suffereing - it doesn't seem fair - he's such a strong person. He was a brickie when he was younger and bred finches in his retirement. I just want him to be comfortable so any spare positive vibes would be appreciated... :*(

Thanks everyone. He's being assessed again today to see if he can be allowed to swallow or not yet. I really hope he passes. We keep talking to the consultant and making sure he is being treated etc. He has been allowed ice cubes over the weekend which has made him a little more comfortable. Fingers crossed...
