Pl an a bar b q and invite all our friends wash all our horses rugs and put them out on the line wash our curtains plan an open air concert arrange a fete do something anything so it rains and the grass grows and we have hay for the winter

Other suggestions:

Put away all your winter clothes
Organise ANY event that can't be done inside
Book yourself a mini holiday
Go camping
Put all your waterproof clothes somewhere difficult to access
Give your horse a really really good bath to remove ALL the grease, then leave them out overnight (your rugs are in the wash though so no rug!)

Hehehehe. I organised a mini show and was shocked when it was sunny on the day.
