please classify these withers

i am looking at dressage saddles - I have a Wintec VSD at present which I get on with OK. I am trying to decide between a Wintec Pro or a Thorowgood - possible cob Griffin dressage. However, I know my boy is a cob but I'm not sure he has cob withers - what do you all think? He is doing a lot more work now so has built up more of a top line. Not all cobs are table tops and yours definately isn't. He looks fairly similar to Cairo who took a wide saddle, despite being a Clydesdale he is not that wide on top. Chancer too has withers. I am now using a barefoot treeless on the them both - Cairo has never gone better and Chancer so far has not had any saddle problems.

Not sure which saddle will be best for you, but not one designed for a table top cob.

He's got quite high withers, hasn't he?

I'd try the Wintec Pro on him first.
