Please could you help me find some everyday riding boots..

As above, my normal everyday boots (Dublin Pinnacles) are fading rapidly (they have lasted me well, 3 years Christmas, of riding, mucking out trodging to field and back on a daily basis :eek:) so i now need to get some new everyday boots .....i dread this moment as there is so much choice it was easy last time OH bought me some so decision taken away ....;)

i currently use my posh comp boots for everyday schooling :o as they have a thin sole so gives me a better feel but id like to keep these for best so i need something i can school in too......i like the everyday MH, Ariats but they have a thick sole, so what do you all wear??? Do i need 3 pairs of boots :confused:

So HHO's should you accept this mission post your links, give me your reccomendations for .........long boot (Black), thin sole, to suit a skinny calfed, long legged, size 7......:D
 
I don't find the thicker sole on my toggi canyons any different to ride in than my thin soled johdpur boots. I have grasmeres too but don't wear them near a horse. Reckon they would be lovely to ride in tho :o
 
I really love my Mountain Horse for everyday riding but you are correct the sole is thicker but that's fine for me as I just drop my stirrup a hole.
 
I have Ariat Conistons - and blooming love them! Feet have never been cold, damp or uncomfortable. I don't really notice they have a thick sole though and they only come in brown.

I have only ever heard good things about grasmeres

Thank you all for your replies, I called past local tack shop and tried some boots on and stupidly tried on Ariat Bromonts (insulated) and immediately fell in love :p they have a thin sole, fit my skinny calves and are smart enough for schooling clinics :rolleyes: what I'm not sure is justifying the cost for an everyday riding boot, so are they worth it ?. and do you know where the cheapest place to by a pair of size 7 in black...??
