I started to break my horse in the sumer of last year. All was going well and I had her to the stage of walk, trot and canter on both reins. In September last year she started with intemitant lameness so I had the Vet out. It turnout out she had OCD in her stifles! - My vet says she will have had it a while and it is a good job that I had started to break her when I did as this is why it came to light.
She went in for the operation on her stifles last year and after box rest ect ect she was brought back in to work this year.
All was going well again and she passed her walk and trot tests from the vet. When we started to canter her she would buck all the time, again I called my vet and he said her back was out as when he pressed on it she bucked even at this.
I had a physio recomended by my vet to come out. She managed to sort her back and all was going ok, but for some reason she is now disuniting in canter.
So I really need to get this looked in to as to why she is disuniting behind in canter.
Who do you think would be best Physio, Mctimoney, Chiropractor?????
Thanks for your help in advance x
