Please Help. Does Anyone know Ginger?

Hi, I was hoping someone might know something about this pony. Ginger is a 6 year old mare. I bought her in August 2012 from Emma Atkinson, leyland area, she had only been with this owner since February 2012. Before this she was in BA Equestrian in St Michaels near Preston I think for about 4 years but not sure. I need to find out what she was like to ride and if there were any problems with her such as being spooky, spinning etc. She has been having problems in the school since I got her. She was sold as "a bombproof hacker". Any information good or bad about her would be very valuable. I don't want to give up on her and want to give her the best possible chance. there is a member on here who used to be stabled at BA but she may not have seen this post and i am not totally sure of her username, she is on a few of the above sites though so will hopefully see your post.
