Please help me find a new hat!

Hi,

I am hoping that somebody out there will help me be able to find a new hat that fits my weird head. I didn’t realise that my head was odd shaped but apparently it is 😂

I currently have a Champion Ventair Skull which fits perfectly and is very comfy. I would like a lightweight dial fit, ventilated hat for summer but it seems that if your head is Ventair shaped nothing else will fit!

I have tried Shires Karben, One K Air, various Uvex, Premier Equine and the Champion one. The closest I can find to fitting is the Charles Owen Kylo but it isn’t perfect.

Is there anything else worth trying on?

I've no personal experience of dial fit hats but in addition to your list it looks like Gatehouse and John Whitaker do them.
 
I used to ride in a Champion Ventair skull and then I got a sudden penchant for a peaked hat and the Gatehouse Conquest fits me. It isn't a dial one but it's a good, comfy fit.
