Please help me find a reliable house/pet sitter

I currently go away to work for about 5 days a month, normally towards the end of the month, and always struggle to find someone to look after the house/dog/horses and rabbit!
I'm away in a few weeks and really worried about leaving home, I'm sick of leaving people who don't seem to know what they are doing as I end up calling all the time and getting stressed! And I'm starting to feel really guilty asking friends and family.
Is anyone here a house sitter/horse sitter? Could you advise me a little on costs etc? or maybe an agency? Or perhaps there is someone here who is bored and jobless who might like to be a house sitter!
I have 4 horses, a dog and an elderly rabbit. Horses live out, just need checking on and poo picking, dog easy, rabbit easy, house is comfortable, with wifi access, dvd player but no tv!
 
a really good agency that a friend uses is"Animal Aunts" on 01730821529. they care for any animal and work internationally as well as here.nothing is any trouble--go to their website.good luck.

Thanks very much, I'm just so worried about finding the right person. Its starting to get annoying always having to ask family to help out.
 
Wow for £50 per night I would do it! On a break from uni, grown up with allsorts of pets and have had horses and been around them all my life, currently do all the assited DIY on my yard and have a couple of office cleaning jobs (as well as teach swimming but not relevant for this)! :)
