Please help me find somewhere to keep my horse!

Hi I'm new here! I've started working in Cobham, Surrey and would like to bring my horse up here now. He is 17 so does much better living out to prevent him getting stiff, but I cant find anywhere with decent facilities that will let him live out! Please can anybody help? At the moment he has his own field with field shelter which works really well so he can be fed and have hay in his field if necessary. We can bring his shelter with him. I'd really like to find somewhere with a good school we can use. We compete in BE 90/100 and some occasional dressage/hunting so it would be really nice to find somewhere where people have similar interests. I really hope someone here has some ideas of where he can live out but still have use of good facilities as cant wait to move him!! Thanks!
