for a new ned for my daughter.

She is looking for a gelding 16hds plus 5 - 10yrs that she can have some fun with at local unaffiliated shows, not a plod but yet has to be sensible and snaffle mouthed. Preferably in the north west. He will have a 5* home and spoiled rotten!
We have been to see one this evening OMG! Ribs, hip bones and spine sticking out!!!!!!! Fresh cuts on his legs etc. How can people offer a horse in this condition????
I'm spending the night trawling the internet, well apart from watching Britains got Talent!lol She has a budget of £2000
