My friend and I are looking to open up a livery yard in the berkshire area:

East woodhay
Kingsclere
Highclere
A339 (Basingstoke)
Thatcham (A4)
Kintbury
We have been looking for so long and really need your help, we are finding that as soon as the yards become available for hire they are snapped up by people who know people etc...
Any help would be much appreciated, 8+ stalls, arena etc
