How to deal with a ‘stable neighbour’ who leaves all their hoof pickings, hay, shavings etc in my area and never sweeps? Yard rules are to sweep your area to maintain an organised space for everyone. I usually sweep it back into her space but she never seems to notice?

I'd ask the YO to speak to her. From experience, it's not worth getting into beefs with fellow liveries as it just makes it awkward every time you go to the yard and dread seeing them! Better that it comes from the person in charge, without you being mentioned!
