Work out the total weight of the trailer and horse. Then contact the vehicle manufacturer and ask them, as they will know what the car is designed for.

Max braked towing weight is 2100k, so you need to work out the weight of the trailer, then add in the weight of the horse, equipment, people travelling in the car etc & see what the total comes up as.
I would think you may be ok with a single trailer, & the IF ones are very stable to tow.
