If you live in England or Wales, you could help make a difference. Like them or loathe them, at least the RSPCA are trying to do something positive to help horses. Please don't turn this thread into an RSPCA bashing saga...

I already support WHW, which is in a similar situation I should imagine. I think all the welfare agencies are struggling and the agencies will have to consider pts as a more regular outcome.
