Just got this off the news page on H&H about the amersham case

The ILPH has been assisting the RSPCA with the operation to remove more than 100 horses, ponies and donkeys from a squalid dealer's yard since Friday 4 January and last night took in eleven of the horses, which will remain in ILPH care until a possible prosecution case at a later date.

Does this mean there might not be a prosecution?

How can anybody will say there is going to be a prosecution until the evidence is examined. This is just them being careful with words, quite rightly so

The perp has been released on bail for case on Monday I believe.

He'll probably do a runner

As long as he runs a long, long way away from any horses, and into the hands of some frustrated, horse-loving, baseball-bat weilding nutters that'll do me.
